Searchlight Scotland was founded in 2018 with a drive and hope to see society’s most vulnerable receive trauma informed care and support in order for them to live the life that they deserve. Over the past few years, Searchlight has seen many individuals come through their doors and start a journey to freedom from addiction, abuse, exploitation and many other life-controlling issues. They are passionate about providing specialised care to those who have suffered trauma in their lives.

The LifewithArt Aberdeen team has enjoyed a collaboration with Searchlight Scotland over recent months. After an initial project on ‘anger & fear’ the group moved on to ‘dentity’. Suzie Guthrie, LwA Co-ordinator for Aberdeen, explains more:
