Sara Hurley is a storyteller and participatory artist who has enjoyed working at a grassroots level during her own ‘life with art’. Leading story based workshops and encouraging creative expression in people of any age, stage or circumstance is what has fired her up for several decades. “It’s wonderful to see the final creations and the privilege of seeing the difference engaging with the arts can make to people’s lives keeps me doing, what I see, as vital work.” Sara performs as a traditional oral storyteller around the UK and internationally and has a street storytelling show called Isabella’s Story Bicycle. Sara has enjoyed working in LifewithArt’s Sherborne House throughout July and August and is looking forward to running more workshop with us in the future.
